If you need to return Bedezy, please get in touch with us first for a return authorisation. Goods received must be in as-new condition (not soiled in any way) and resalable for a refund.  Items may incur a re-stocking fee or may only be partially refunded due to the condition of the unit on arrival for our inspection and re-stocking. 

All Bedezy products manufactured since 2023 (series 2) have a standard 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. For any issue, we will ensure you have full support. 

Our original Bedezy, with a black-cased motor (HT-208), are now beyond end of life, and our stock of spare parts is now exhausted. If you have this model and a part fails, you will need to purchase a new model Bedezy. This applies to all units regardless of purchase date. These units had a standard one-year warranty only. 

We have spare parts available for the current generation and support the repair of Bedezy as much as possible.
