Warranty

A two-year domestic use warranty, effective from the date of purchase, covers Bedezy's current series of models built in 2023 and onward for defects and malfunctions related to the manufacturing of Bedezy. The current blue casing on the pump can identify these units. 

Bedezy is covered for a one-year warranty for non-domestic use. 

We cover defects in materials and workmanship that prevent Bedezy from working as described.

We ask that you take reasonable precautions to protect Bedezy. Bedezy's Bladder can puncture; inspect your bed base and remedy any splinters or other sharp things that may puncture the bladder. 

We support Bedezy after the initial warranty period, with parts available to purchase. 

Original Bedezy units 2017-2022 with a black cased pump are now end of life. We have depleted all the stock of spare parts. If you have the original series of Bedezy, you will need to purchase a current model. 

Bedezy units purchased in 2017 are still in use today. We want Bedezy customers to enjoy their experience with us, not just now but for many years to come. 

You have 30 days from the initial purchase to love Bedezy or send it back—no questions asked. We ask that the unit be returned to us in a saleable condition. Please contact us for the steps to return in this circumstance.
